Ancient Greek References in ARTPOP

So gaga was into greek mythology in ARTPOP and managed to sneak in some shoutouts in her bops. Can we round them all together? 

1) Aphrodite [Venus]

"Aphrodite lady sea shell bikini."

2) Himeros [G.U.Y]

"Greetings, Himeros. God of sexual desires."

3) Medusa [Sexxx Dreams]

"You could turn to stone or the color of men petrified by a woman."

4) Apollo [Mary Jane Holland]

So if you have fear, Apollo sit on my lyre."

5) Erotes [ARTPOP Film]

The video opens with a winged Lady Gaga lying in a ditch, shot by an arrow, conjuring the image of a wounded member of the Erotes - a crew of winged Greek gods of love and sex.

6) Pheonix [ARTPOP Film]

After the pool, Gaga is reborn as Aphrodite/Venus. Her outfit and feather headdress also recall the imagery of rising again from the ashes like a phoenix in Greek mythology.

7) Zeus [ARTPOP Film]

The Venus/Aphrodite version of Gaga looks up to the heavens to her father, Zeus, god of the sky and the thunder.

8) Muses [ARTPOP Film]

The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' cast were portraying the role of the Muses — daughters of Zeus/Andy Cohen — from Greek mythology.

9) Morrigan [ARTPOP Film]

Gaga emerges from a car decked out in military gear and wearing a headdress resembling a crow — which in Irish mythology is associated with Morrigan, the goddess of war and death.

10) Icarus [Applause Music Video]

Her skeletal wings and flying invoke the myth of Icarus.

11) Centaurs [Applause Music Video]

In Greek mythology, centaurs are half human and half horse, caught between two different states of being. This is yet another example of the duality that Gaga finds herself exploring in the video. Centaurs were known for their affection for chaos and debauchery, as well as their fighting spirits, often going to battle. They also pulled chariots for Dionysus, the Greek god of wine, and were ridden by Eros, the god of love.

well, the applause music video is full of it (e.g., icarus).

it functions as a paratextual element to the whole ARTPOPist discourse, so i guess it also counts.

There was a mention of Mars in the bridge of G.U.Y.

" And Mars' warring spirit rams.. into the atmosphere! "

And also.. I know you already wrote Apollo but one other thing I wanna point out is the picture of the sculptures in the background of the album cover (in black and white). They're of Apollo and also Daphne which signifies a scene from the story where he wants to f*ck her but she turns into a tree to save herself (or something of the sort, that's what I took away from it  )

I wish there was a thread or a blog or something that covered ALL the references that were made in the ARTPOP era.  There were so many!
