(Ö3 is the biggest radio station in the country with nearly 2.8 mio. daily listeners.) Entering the charts on October 13th at number 39 the track has been since then consecutively climbing up the numbers within just four weeks. Tomorrow when the charts are presented on prime-time Shallow will officially be on top of top 40. Shallow follows the footsteps of her prior worldwide successes such as Born This Way, Bad Romance and Pokerface which all of them went #1 in this country. (Just to put this in perspective how huge this is, the songs mentioned above are the only ones from her discography that managed to get to top spot. It's been 7 years since the last time she did it with Born This Way.) Besides that Always Remember Us This Way entered Top 40 at 39. A Star Is Born Soundtrack at fourth place on Top 40 album charts. There's also another Ö3 listing of the most popular songs among radio listeners, which is presented on air every thursday evening. You can actually vote for each song you want to support, Shallow is currently at No1 too.
