The Tea about Management is, that just because you write an ideal schedule in a 140 Character Tweet, it doesn't mean that this is how it happens.

There are many key-factors when it comes to How to make a Hit or run a successful Album Campaign. Some of ruining factors are often not even in Gagas Hands, as they could be decisions by Universal, Interscope or Producers (who are allowed to say no to TV Performances even though they won't perform). 

The Tea is that Bobby is Gagas most organized Manager. He keeps everything under wraps and does it well. Cheek to Cheek had an amazing Album campaign and probably her best one ever. All the other Albums were just a bunch of opportunities she took and lots of hard work by Gaga. 

With Bobby, Gaga can finally get the rest she deserves and the success she deserves for her hard work.

Bobby isn't the one pulling all the strings. I'm sure most decisions are made collectively, by Gaga and the key people in her team. 

Facts, she's still succeeding, growing, and most of all she seems HAPPIEST. So I think Bobby is successful because he seems to respect Gaga as a person. And I think most of these Little Managers just want the old Gaga back, and don't care about her well-being. They just won't admit it. The old Gaga's monster stardom was dependent on her being drained and miserable. She's been traumatized by the fame monster for almost a decade guys lol.

People need to get in their heads that Gaga's bussiness is NONE of their bussiness. As fans, we are customers, if you don't like something, don't buy it. You dont need to attack anyone for doing something in a different way you would do. He's the manager of her career and you're just a customer
