Taide 5,789
R. Kelly was the best choice for DWUW instead of Christina, because his voice is heavenly and he gave the song the needed RnB vibe. Spoiler Not sure if it's an opinion about a collaborator, but I had to say it.

geopang 4,831
Mark Ronson gets too much credit. He produced an album that anyone else could have produced. It was uneventful, and watered down compared to Gaga’s usual work. Producers like DJWS and Fernando actually possess creativity that meshes well with Gaga, and have created some of the most unique songs in her discography. I don't care what the Little Monsters say: The Fame is still a great pop album and it has aged very well, in my opinion. I think that it is lyrically and thematically her most cohesive and mature album (especially when paired with The Fame Monster). There was something very self-aware and borderline sardonic with some of the lyrics in the Pre-Fame and Fame eras, which I still find to be utterly fun and charming. For example, "Vanity" never fails to put a smile on my face. She was ironically being high-brow by intentionally using low-brow lyrics (which is exactly the kind of thing that Andy Warhol did; the influence is so easy to see). Plus, The Fame era served my favorite Gaga looks (hence my username). Exactly! It’s light, carefree, shallow, light-hearted, quirky, and fun . . . but without trying too hard to be all those things, like ARTPOP was, for example It was just natural and very cool tbh
PedrinniSan 158
I'm tired of people wanting her to make songs with RedOne. Ok, he made big hits with her, but Fernando Garibay and DJWS are by far more creative and versatile than him. He just knows to make the same kinda songs all the time. Also I don't like R.Kelly on DWUW. Christina was a better choice, or even the solo version. I think the lyrics of the original version were more accurate with the topic of the song than those sexist basic rapper verses. Anyway, does someone remember about Colby Irrelevant O'Donis? Laceface 2,964
I prefer her old team for creativity (minus Troy obviously) but her current team for their care of her well being. DJWS is overrated and kind of unprofessional, although I know this fanbase isn't great to him.

We actually NEVER had a smooth single roll-out with Gaga. Just Dance video came one month+ after release, then the second single switcharoo happened, LoveGame and Paparazzi being released simultaneously, Paparazzi video leaking, Bad Romance killing Paparazzi's momentum, the Bad Romance video being delayed for days without an announcment or apology, the Telephone video being delayed for 3 weeks, Alejandro video controvery, Born This Way being released two days early, video being released way too long after single release, Judas video & song controvery, The Edge of Glory video mess & lacking US promo, Gaga promoting the sh*t out of Yoü & I and it only becoming a mediocre hit, Marry The Night flopping. Gaga crashing really was inevitable, her success totally depended on people eating up everything she did. As soon as people got over their infatuation, they wouldn't let sh*t like this pass. If anything, Gaga's managment has become a lot more streamlined. Say it louder for the people in the back! ⚯͛

Kelly's version is MUCH MUCH better than Xtina's (in fact I don't like Xtina's voice that much) BUT I would of much rather Gaga sang it with another RnB soulful vocalist instead like Usher or John Legend or something. Both of them also have smooth vocals just like R. Kelly and don't have a horrible history riddled in creepy pedophilia allegations. We would of also prob had an MV since that whole hospital scene would of prob never happened with John Legend or Usher as the featured vocalist. I swear everything that they wore that night looked like something off a H&M rack. This. Like wtf, give us some fashion. Plus for the 2nd weekend I was hoping her to come out with brunette hair and that makeup as the selfie she posted. She looked amazing and the only change to weekend 1 was her having some colouring in her hair. MESS.

In fact there were many threads where most monsters vocalized their love for DJWS and BASHED Redone. So if anything yall...a positive opinion on Redone is what's "unpopular" Ppl who come for DJWS tend to come for his unprofessional behavior...not really his production abilities. People on this site bash Redone's work and even insult him personally left and right even though he is nice, friendly & professional..I find that very rude and mean and I'm not even a stan of his productions. Dont forget that he is a big part of Gaga's legacy and vice versa. No need to hate on him simply because some Monsters have riled you up by associating most of her musical success with Redone's productions. Come for those Monsters instead of bashing Redone himself out of a boiling anger that has been brewing in you for ages lol (p.s this is a comment in general not talking about this thread lol since no one has bashed him here. Everyone is polite here so far). I come for DJWS because of his production abilities. He doesn't know how to produce songs well. Every single one feels loud and too EDM except a for a few, whereas RedOne's or Garibay's feel more polished. Hello, TFM and BTW (except some songs that I won't mention). And I always find listening to TFM/BTW more than AP.
