I voted for ARTPOP because its the most... well artsy about talking about its meaning, I'm most attracted to it, where as Dope feels very blunt (but obv. still heartfelt, just not my taste)

私自身もこの世の中も誰もかれもが, どんなに華やかな人生でも, どんなに悲惨な人生でも, いつかは変貌し, 破壊され、消滅してしまう. すべてがもともとこの世に存在しない一瞬の幻想なのだから

Dope. No question about it.

A song about drug abuse, addiction, dependence. Trying desperately to quit because it's tearing apart her life and losing all her friends.

"don't leave me, I'd hate myself until I'd die"

"my heart would break without you. I might not awake without you"

"Toast one last puff, and two last regrets. Three spirits, and 12 lonely steps (addiction-recovery 12 steps) up heaven's stairway to gold. Mine myself like coal; a mountain of this soul"

I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.
