I am not saying that she got high to the point where she was unable to perform properly. I was simply stating that she has for a fact done drugs and drank alcohol on stage. Maybe she just hadn’t the time to organize it properly. Beyoncé announced her pregnancy on February 1st, and i doubt that Gaga already knew it and was already in talks to replace her. She had just done the SuperBowl and one month of rehearsing for it full-time and she didn’t want to make Coachella similar to it, she was probably already working on the JWT and she didn’t want a copy of it neither, and maybe she was mentally focused on her first acting role for a movie.
