I could be wrong, I don't know her that well but it SEEMS like it. Idk maybe she could be? But still the prices are really high... Miley has said that she is really OCD when it comes to her tours. I got my vip package from the AMEX presale, but I was going to see if they were offering vip packages with better seats today, buy they sold out in literally a second and the website took them all down. I hope they put some effort into it similar to Taylor Swift's "T-Party" and "Club Red".
