Echo 326
Lady Gaga could come out of 2012 being the biggest star of the year if her next lead single explodes onto the scene. Katy Perry had a strong era, but it wasn't blockbuster number ones. Rihanna was all over the place, Adele was wrapping up. Now we have a lot of newer acts/one hit wonders clogging up the charts. Nicki Minaj has been strong, but her videos have disappointed and that really hurt her momentum. I'll tell you this. Nicki's really not known for her videos. Ever since SH people have been like, 'I see her videos are going to suck this era' But after the RBMS video people have slowly changed there minds. drinkmytears 2,332
You're acting as though EVERYONE hates HER. The general public just hated Judas and MTN. it wasn't anything personal towards her. Can I stone you like Gaga in the Judas video? The tenth biggest song in the nation. HOW THE **** IS THAT A FLOP? this isn't an attack on you (well it is, just not the anger) rather all Gaga fans. Marry The Night flopped, but Judas was a top ten hit.

The general public wasn't here for it. Look at its AI. That is horrible AI. I love Judas, but if it was released after the album it wouldn't get Top 10 It flopped. Get over it. And considering you're an egg, I won't report you because you'll learn once you gain experience on here not to attack people. Nick 29
Judas flopped. Marry the Night flopped. The Born This Way era overall was not a flop, it just fell short of expectations. /argument

DaEdgeOfGloryYo 0
Besides Gaga, I only really hope Xtina comes back with a smash. Like the Stripped record. That was an amazing album! I want some more of where "Fighter" came from.

Sexxx 5,534
Oh yeah and will 21 be the biggest selling album of 2012??? I assume so? Probably, if Gaga doesn't release the new album early enough this year, or if some new sensation doesn't do as well as Adele.
AURA 2,890
Probably, if Gaga doesn't release the new album early enough this year, or if some new sensation doesn't do as well as Adele. That's what I'm thinking, too. If Gaga releases the new album in the quarter of 2012, do you think she has enough time to have the biggest-selling album of the year worldwide? Or the album will shine in 2013, just like The Fame: Monster did in 2012 and be crowned as the best-selling. :flutter:
