It's not too old (it came out in 2009) but it's been a while since we've had a solid R&B pop song released by a major artist (excluding DWUW). This song also felt like a real duet similar to DWUW, and not just a regular feature with only 30 seconds of the featured artist. Also, in my opinion, this song has one of the best bridges in recent memory. It really slows it down and makes the song feel really sensual. I love those vocal harmonies, they give me MJ and Ne-Yo vibes. If anyone knows any song that sounds similar to that bridge, please suggest it . The music video is also iconic in its own right. The scenes with the beige backdrop are gorgeous. Did you guys use to bop to this song? Discuss hunties! I don't understand pineapples, so I don't eat bananas.
