Woah, please be cured from your meltdown. 'Promoting' is not the same as it used to be anymore. Going on a TV show and promoting doesn't have massive gains, neither does releasing a video when the song is only still beginning. Gaga is promoting how she should be. Spotify playlists and ads on social media are perhaps the most effective promotion there is (bar the Super Bowl, obviously). She and Interscope clearly want this to be a hit and it will when it has run the same course that every hit song does. They don't start mega popular, it's about growth. Securing charts on Spotify and radio support is what will achieve that growth. This 'promo' would give a short burst of help but ultimately in the long run, a songs success depends on streaming and radio. Oh, and the Chainsmokers are still trash.
