Stop underestimating the Joanne Era

It's a moderately successful era, but tbh it's getting a tad boring to follow in terms of the album promotion (obviously not including SB).

I made the pie chart above just now. The Joanne era has been going on for 217 days (starting from the date of Perfect Illusion's release), and Million Reasons has been the dominant single for roughly 72% of the entire era. This number is only going to keep growing unless we get another single.

Trust me, I LOVE Joanne, and the promo was amazing during the first bit of the era, but it's getting a lil' tiring now. :emma:

just because it's the most reviewed on metacritic it doesn't mean it was the most discussed album of the year :smh:

Sis, I never criticised Joanne's success, I think it's done fairly well for what the industry is nowadays. But can you please accept that you are exagerating some stuff on that OP? :awkney:

...

I criticised 2 little aspects of your thread, it's not like I'm trying to discredit the whole thing, like I said, I believe that Joanne was an overall success and it's nice that you're trying to bring a little positive light on it! If by spreading negativity you mean I was bothered with some exagerations, then I must be a super negative person, thank god society's perception of negativity isn't the same as yours.

Now you're the one who are being negative towards me, when did I seem desperate to see Gaga down? If I'm spending great portions of my time of this forum, it must mean I love her and am devoted to her, I would never want to see her down, now if you're the one who's feeling a little down because I made a few points and you can't counterargument, that's a whole different story.

If you can't properly respond, then yeah, I guess it's better that you don't, have a nice day.

I'm the b*tch with the sauce, apparently

More reviews =/= more talked about. Lemonade was everywhere. And most people didn't even know Glory existed.

youandi

What I liked the most about this is the 'stop paying attention to what Twitter stans say' because people really do care too much what other people think, especially people who fall under a similar demographic. She's done amazingly this era.

As well as this, I don't understand why people care SO much about charts. Yes they can be important in terms of success but Beyoncé's singles don't exactly spend that much time high up on them yet everyone still calls her queen? Some people need to understand that in a lot of countries, if a song, no matter how good, doesn't feature many trendy qualities, it's unlikely to get LOADS of radio play or chart fantastically anyway, doesn't mean the music isn't good
