Nobody can predict if A-YO or DIC would work out or not. A lot of chartsters said that MR would be a hit but to be honest if it wasn't the SB MR would never have taken off and that is a fact!! So even when you know how charts work that doesn't make your arguments more valid over others because nobody can predict what the GP likes and what not. A-YO and DIC are not my albums favorites but are the most obvious choices for a follow up single for MR. Both have their advantages and drawbacks. Lyric-wise A-YO would be the safest option for US radio and DIC is more risky in that point but I see that DIC would work much better worldwide because Dance is quite prevalent, especially in Europe. All aside, Gaga goin from bowing down to pray to fingering herself in the night would be a swift into whole another direction that may or may not kill the momentum. Also the quality of her videos and other artists' videos plays secondary role in the views count. There are plenty of bad or trash videos with huge views and there are plenty of amazing videos with little views. It all comes down to popularity on certain platforms. I do agree that JW is not a very good video but views are almost never related to the video quality (with exception of viral videos like BR or Anaconda).
