WTF does that even mean?! Things have changed to much since the 80s. I love Cyndi but she would have never got to do the Super Bowl, or Coachella after her first four albums and supposedly without a hit. And Madonna is Madonna and no one will probably ever top her so you might as well stop comparing Gaga to her while you're at it. I swear this Cyndi Lauper **** has been going on since 2011 and it hasn't happened yet but the comments are still there. It's just odd and probably something Madonna fans came up with to make Gaga look sad or irrelevant or whatever when in fact Cyndi was always the talented counterpart to Madonna. It really comes down to what people prefer: charts or talent. Some artists have both, some don't.
