Cornia asks him to be more supportive because she’s “a human and not a machine,” then adds, “if she were a machine that would be way cool and we could do whatever we want.

Dr. Luke also reveals in an earlier message that “A list songwriters and producers are reluctant to give Kesha their songs because of her weight.

In a May 2012 email exchange between Cornia, Kesha and other managers, Cornia discusses a fight between the singer and her producer over lyrics for what would become her hit single “We R Who We R.”

In one email, Cornia says Dr. Luke wanted the phrase, “You see us in the club sip sippin bub,” while Kesha preferred, “You see us in the streets we da we da freaks,” because she doesn’t go to clubs.

“I don’t give a s–t what you want. If you were smart you would go in and sing it,” Dr. Luke allegedly told Kesha, according to Cornia.

Cornia adds that Kesha tried to settle the spat with Dr. Luke, but “didn’t feel comfortable talking to him” in the studio.

“He refused to come downstairs (“she wears the pants in MY house?”) so we left,” Cornia writes, again quoting Dr. Luke.

The parties are scheduled for a telephone conference with the judge next week.

In the wave of lawsuits between Kesha and her former producer Dr. Luke, which have kept her career at a standstill, the pop star has claimed a small victory.

A New York judge ruled to dismiss Dr. Luke's lawsuits against Kesha's mom as well as the singer's manager.

Dr. Luke alleged that Kesha's mom, Pebe Sebert, was trying to extort him and had forced her to break contract with his label.

He is definitely an asshole but she shouldn't have made the rape-claim if it wasn't real. That makes her an asshole as well

YES! This is great news. I'm so glad there are damning e-mails. It's so important that she get released from Kemosabe before Sony drops Luke this March. And honestly, with how long he has seemingly delayed her third album (she gave him 28 tracks I believe this past August...and no progress), I hope the judge is starting to inch in Kesha's favor...

Did she make up the rape claim? Why would she if she did? There's no benefit for her from making up rape, the way I see it. There's as much doubt as support for her anyway, and the doubt is more powerful.

Edit: "powerful" may be 5he wrong word here but I mean, it's more prominent and acts as an obstacle.

I do think he raped her now like him wishing she were a piece of machine that you could do anything to sounds really disturbing. Also with the added sociopathness at the end.

She never retracted the rape claim. She just dropped the lawsuit because it was too hard to prove. Instead, she moved forward trying to make a third album under Sony/Kemosabe to get closer to the 6 albums needed to satisfy the contract.

I feel so awful for her I cannot wait for her to get out of this awful situation she's been trapped in for the past few years
