Beyonce used BEYONCE as a feminist standpoint because that was cool at the time.

Beyonce used LEMONADE as a racial standpoint because BLM became a a huge movement.

This girl went for years not vocalizing pubic issues until it became lucrative for her.

Hey think about this -

She is a BLACK WOMAN.

For a WOMAN to be a feminist, why would you EVER assume it's BECAUSE it's "cool" and lucrative at the time?

For a BLACK person to stand up for civil rights, why would you EVER assume it's BECAUSE it's a movement and lucrative?

I'm sure you can see that these are not mere "STANDPOINTS" to a BLACK WOMAN, nor should it be to any of us, needless to say.

On the other hand, here's her April 2011 black feminist anthem "Run the World (Girls)", released long before BEYONCE or LEMONADE:

P.S. Gaga released the Born This Way single 2 months prior to this... I hope you didn't also think that Gaga merely used BTW as an LGBT "standpoint" because it was lucrative or cool at the time, because she herself does identify as bisexual. (Although, I suppose you'd have a bit more legroom there for argument considering we've only/mostly known about her cishet male lovers, so it's a bit hard for the public to tell that she's an actual sexual minority.)

There's nothing harder for people to do than admit they were fooled.

If she is such a black woman qhy did she bleach her skin? She discovered that she is black this year when the movement became huge and relevant? Huh

¿Qué currículum tiene ésta tarántula?

What I want is for Gaga to stop talking about this things and side with other celebs! (Yes I know how it sounds)  The LGBTQ she has fought so hard for doesn't even care for her anymore. I know it's her convictions and all the blah blah but she's an artist first and foremost. She's taking the election results to personal, and to be objective not all her fans are democrats or wanted Clinton to win.

Wow it sounds like you still feel rather betrayed that she turned out to be a black person.

Again, NOT your place to determine HOW "black" someone is.

There's nothing harder for people to do than admit they were fooled.

Did you feel similarly mad at Gaga for changing her skin color?

No because it's not that she suddenly started deffending the black community. She's always done it with minorities. Beyonce didnt

Please read again and try to see, accept, and move past your own prejudice.
