It's underappreciated because of its flop in marketing and sales. but ARTPOP was musically astounding and lyrically just in your face. HAIL JOANNE! HAIL ARTPOP! I've pretty much listened to it every single day since release and I have not gotten tired of any of the songs, which is something that ARTPOP failed to do for me. Rankings: 1. Joanne 2. TFM 3.
