This is really interesting, I think I know what I'm going to be doing today! The discussion talks about what was depicted on the cover, and I honestly can't believe it, but I love that she even used it in the first place. They say that they removed the cover not because it featured nudity, but because it was sexually explicit.

Disappointingly, someone mentions that it's "obviously fanmade," because they checked NZ iTunes, and it wasn't there. However, many of the people in the discussion mentioned that they know it's official because they saw it on iTunes, but they didn't know if there were rules regarding the sexuality of the image. 

EDIT: it's safe to say that it has somehow slipped under the cracks of the internet. The only website that discusses the single cover is the Wikipedia link that you gave. The single was only on iTunes for less than a week, and even though it charted, it still has no discussion on the Internet. 

Even the people on Wikipedia who wanted to see the cover couldn't find it on 29 August, 2010, just a day after they removed it. I'm going to message the people on Wikipedia who contributed to downloading or adding the photo and see what they have to say.
