And even if there was a planet with intelligent life, it would very unlikely be able to build structures like humans do. And what's even more unlikely is that a planet independent from earth would choose now to explore the earth, when intelligent humans with technology have only existed for about 1/10.000.000 of the earth's lifespan. Which is just absurd considering the amount of planets we have already observed to have a potential to inhabit human life, and maintain an atmosphere capable of such in comparison to Earth.
