It was discovered a year ago by the Russians who decided to keep a constant focus however further investigation is leading to the signal being more local...it could even be something as small as a microwave interfering with the signal. A majority of scientists are now stating this is nothing to be excited about and it's very doubtful it would lead to something ET. But still, if this gets confirmed for an intentionally sent signal and these are actual "aliens", we better stay shut for a while. I was reading an article on CNN and they said it could be an advanced civilization. And they can be classified as Aliens.
