I doubt hes mad if hes not the producer of the lead single and if hes not on the album at all im certain it'll be a blow but at the end of the day hes apart of her history and he is proud of it. Regardless of his current relationship with Gaga, he's always been supportive of her career and knows how his work with her exposed him to so much.
