Jase 13,043 Posted May 21, 2012 Share Posted May 21, 2012 I have only one thing to say about Katy in the most demure way that I can: Ms. Katheryn Elizabeth Perry, as a citizen of the United States and as a human being with fully-working ears, I would greatly appreciate it if you were to obliterate yourself from not only our radio stations but television, theater, and any form of social media. I do not savor your presence in the music industry, and your lack of creativity and actual talent is cringe worthy. I sincerely hope you realize that it is time to move on with your life and perhaps either begin a new record (that hopefully will actually be well-received by critics as opposed to your previous work) or simply disappear and proceed to cuddling with your cats. I don't hope any bad luck upon you but, after 2 years of having to put up with your never ending presence, I really do hope you fade into the depths of irrelevancy for some time. I hope you also realize that I'm not the only one who feels this way. More than enough people in this country, and in other countries world wide for that matter, would wish for you to leave. The only seemingly desirable thing about you at this point in time is your large breasts, but even those won't help you now. Lana was being marked to hipsters ... which requires some pretension of AUTHENTICITY and TALENT (because damn her singles weren't that catchy). But people started to go after her for being manufactured, and having enhanced lips, and her singing didn't impress anyone. For Americans "good performance" means either melismatic vocals or putting on a show like GagaBeyonce, and she does neither.
