Can someone explain this to me? I've looked it up but I don't understand.

The UK has just had a referendum where voters can choose between staying a member of the European Union, or leaving the European Union.

The European Union is a socio-economic-political union in Europe that allows free trade between members, free movement of workers (i.e. a person in Poland has an automatic right work and live in the UK) etc.

There are many reasons people in the UK want to leave, including worries about levels of immigration, concerns about the level integration with the EU and foreign citizens (i.e. non-British EU citizens) unduly claiming welfare benefits in the UK during a period of spending cuts that leave many poor

Leave party is just over 10 million votes from winning :neyde:

Remain needs 10.4+  million to win

That's a tiny difference between the two, in the grand scheme of things

we need those london borough results to come out, they have populations of just under 300k and big remain wins will really help take the lead :ohno:

A bit of a joke if its literally Scotland and London keeping the rest of the UK in the EU though. Your country is ****ed

Whilst that's true, it doesn't matter at all in what order they actually come out

I'd suggest the country divides in two, the UK loves redrawing country borders anyway - one more won't hurt :green:

ikr? :laughga:

it took 2 of the london boroughs for remain to take that huge leap into the lead a while ago and close that 160+k gap, imagine if the rest had the same result?

Leave is leading! The UK is one of Gaga's biggest markets so I knew they would vote for the right choice (Gaga stans tend to have high IQs).The right is winning pretty much everywhere at this point. Now I need Trump to win in November and all is right in this world. BYE to the bureaucratic, undemocratic MESS that is the European Union! Long live the UK! RULE, BRITANNIA!
