She won't be able to replicate it anymore than the Beatles were able to replicate the height of Beatlemania (not that they wanted to - they stopped touring for a reason). Neither she nor any pop star has been able to do it like she did since 2010. I think the closest might be Taylor Swift who basically owned all of 2015 in the States, at least. Her taking her music off Spotify was a big deal, not so much the Tidal folks (who came scurrying back anyway). Her talking about Apple Music was talked about. Non-stans watched her music videos. Her songs were on constant rotation. She somehow made red lipstick and dark sunglasses her thing, despite both existing far before Swift. Taylor Swift is basically a meme on Tumblr, while other stars on Tumblr like Lorde are basically just followed by stans. Her guest stars on tour were talked about, and her "feminism" was discussed online. I don't really like Swift, but it's ridiculous to say she has not been wildly successful for her first pop album. Now, do I think this is equivalent to Gaga's meteoric rise? Not really. Gaga was a pop culture phenomenon while Swift was a pop music phenomenon. There are other stars that have done exceptionally well, even in this difficult sales climate - Adele continues to get albums moving, and Beyonce is basically a cultural fixture. But none of them individually got that height. It'll be a while before we see something of that magnitude again. Gaga may have another successful era (and I hope she does), but a lot of her initial rise was the mystery behind her as well as the antics. The mystery is gone, her weirdness doesn't really excite anyone anymore, and she's become more "normal" by dressing "classily" for awards shows and singing jazz covers. But that's okay. THIS but you know what's even more exciting , I think Gaga foresees/foresaw all of that I imagine Gaga planning her career, not literally but as an artist how she'd want to evolve or how she wants to break the next boundaries of music and pop culture. Therefore even though Gaga can't redo 2010, she can start something new we actually saw this with Mariah's Emancipation and Madonna's Ray Of Light it is possible to redefine your peak or at least blur the lines of what people perceive as your peak

I can't wait for our Queen of Music to slay my existence like she does every time she drops a new album. I don't care what you think about unless it is about me. KaanBTW 5,238
Taylor did that with 1989 era. Adele came close but her ipmact ended too soon. (Cause she doesn't like spotlights so that's understanable)
ゼレミ ノヴェリノ 370
Taylor Swift though it was less global and not quite as 'legendary' and 'mysterious' as what Gaga did back then (I still love her tho)

Economy 47,056
Look the level of popularity Gaga reached 2009-2011 was so high that many argue it had never been reached before since maybe the Beatles or Elvis if that Ellen even said "the rate of your success, i dont know that weve seen anything like this", Tony Bennet thought shed be the next Elvis. And many people i personally know 50 and over who pay attention to music say they dont recall anyon reach that level of fame Like huge legends like Michael Jackson and Madonna had massive success spread over time. But when were talking about condensed success and popularity in a specific window of time, what she accomplished is exeptionally rare We may or may not see anything like that in our life times again! Benji 20,113
It's kind of an unanswerable question. Adele and Taylor have been doing consistently better and moving from strength to strength, but neither peaked as high as Gaga but is that a bad or a good thing? Gaga took one hell of a bump back down to earth considering ARTPOP sells were disappointing (compared to her past) and she lost popularity so quickly she went from selling out stadiums to stepping back down to arenas? No shade to anyone involved, but we can't big up the two(ish) years Gaga dominated without acknowledging what came after when we're comparing it to others. Psychedelic 1,098
Who knows, this type of phenomenons happen just every once in a while. We had Elvis, The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Britney Spears and then Gaga. That's all I can name, I don't know if I should add acts such as BSB and Spice Girls but the thing is that the timelapse or gaps in between all aren't constant. So who knows whe the next phenomenon may happen!
Psychedelic 1,098
And Taylor Sift slays all numbers but she has little impact on a "cutural level". So I didn't even mention her.
