The Happiest Girl - bye not me liking a ballad but easily the best song here... one of their best songs ngl... and jisoo sounds amazing here finally 2. Shut Down - the chorus stuck in my head since the leak WHEN WE PULL YK ITS A SHUT DOWN!!! and the instrumental kinda interesting to hear when matched with the rapping. its strange combination but it works. not my friend calling this a blaccent mess tho lmao. 3. Typa Girl - idk i just like it 4. Pink Venom - that twerking bop!!! the way i was so mixed on it and called the chorus trash a month ago only to realize its the best part a month later. 5. Yeah Yeah Yeah - a chill retro bop... would be a good song with a chorus instead of a drop... it kinda reminds me of their old music... wbk a roadtrip bop ig 5. Hardest To Love - it kinda sounds like the music i used to listen to in middle school... like that country pop mixed with disney channel... rose sounds amazing tho 5. Tally - its good but its been a while since i heard this sound... like early 2010s sounding... like when cher llyod was around/bebe was big... bye the way tally wouldve lowkey been on the victorious soundtrack 8. Martijn 1,042 Posted September 16, 2022 Share Posted September 16, 2022 I actually really enjoy Shut Down, both the song and the MV. Would've loved to see them do even MORE with the MV tho. Especially since they're essentially all old sets I would've loved to see many more old props. Or maybe even old outfits reimagined? Because it seems like they're also only wearing two outfits each? Maybe my expectations were simply too high because of those rumours of YG spending a record number on these comeback MVs but neither Pink Venom's nor Shut Down's MVs have truly blown me away. None of the album tracks have really grabbed me tbh. I was so excited to see some Teddy-less songs when the tracklist was announced, hoping they'd finally bought some amazing demos from other writers but those songs weren't really my thing after all 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I know some people were planning on getting there around 8am (earliest the venue said as they weren't letting people queue over night) but I didn't plan on getting there until 2pm when the VIP wrist banding thing opened for meet & greet after the show. I think in the end people started to queue from 4am? And due to plans changing with the people I was meeting were got there around 12noon. By that point the line was almost looped around the entire building. By 3/4pm ish the line was so long it was now stretch back down the street parallel to the first line of the queue, all the way around the next block, back up the side of the other street and down the next one 🥲 Concert started pretty much started on time just after 7:30pm The venue tried to do a 1 minute silence for the Queen but everyone boo'd 💀 Concert was really good but my feet were killing me the entire time from standing all day so that kinda took away from it for a bit. The VIP was a mess tho... I think it started like 2 hours late, everyone was constantly having to sit down on the floor then stand up as they shouted instructions and we thought we were starting then sitting down again when nothing happened. The meet & greet part was literally over in 3 seconds. I think most of them if not all of the girls recognised me (even with a face mask). HyunJin was like "hi" and then "Oh! It's you!" and Yves was like "So nice to finally meet you!" I'd paused walking for like .1 seconds whilst the girls talked and at the end of the line the security guy pulled me along since there was now like a 1 person gap in the line 💀 Then had to go back in the queue for the group photo and merch bag.
