Well, most flat Earthers are surely creationists, but I think most creationists do realize that the world is roughly spherical. One of the bogus distinctions creationists like to draw is between "observational" science (what we can directly see right now) vs. "historical" science (what we can infer about the past) -- they'd (wrongly) put evolution in the latter category, but the shape of the Earth in the first. JDi 1,495 Posted January 26, 2016 Share Posted January 26, 2016 first of all, this has nothing to do with religion lol the world is round but you actually have no observable evidence of it. you have science. how did you "learn" it's a ball? you were told so and shown a NASA picture? now if you think there's even one legitimate photograph of our homebase... if the planet was actually visible from the International Space Station why isn't it live on Times Square? not even on new year's? why is every NASA image ever released photoshopped to death? why are ISS videos staged (liquid bubbles, permed hair etc.)? it's all too ... fishy. why so much effort in showcasing something factual? that is where the conspiracy starts. also, why forbid independent exploration of Antarctica? to further confuse flat-earthers? so that we don't get a cold? and why do people keep bringing up pilots who've seen curvature when they'd need to have flown at ten times the height to tell you about it... truth is, 99% of the population has no understanding of the science proving Earth is actually a ball. so stop acting superior when silly boy b.o.b. has likely given this more thought than you have. Oh my, you're right. I haven't seen through verified scientific evidence and circumnavigation of the worlds oceans that the earth and other planets in our solar system are spherical in nature. That means it must be flat!! You should probably go back to elementary school science classes. Tell b.o.b.o I said hello.
