Why can't she talk simpler and to the point, her answer is so confusing :duck:

sometimes I feel like she likes to talk just for the sake of talking without making any sense

Was she really interviewed by James Franco? I'm dead.:flutter:And for me the thing is that she wants to explore deeper subjects on LG5. Deeper lyrics like btw.

is it a shade saying that ARTPOP is full of pain? she has always said is a mixture of rage and energy. some people sees it as messy, I see it as powerful.

OT: I really hope she has done more than just writing, I'm kinda worried we won't get new music in months.

JF So, do you think your acting and your music are read differently?

LG I really don’t have a tremendous concept of how people frame my work.

JF You don’t read anything?

LG I see articles and things like that, but I don’t know that I believe that that’s exactly how people read my work. Who’s to say how people see it? I spend all my mornings and nights learning my lines, getting them on my body, and then trying to let it fly as much as possible on-screen, knowing full well that I’m not nearly as seasoned as anybody on this show. I just have to trust in my love and passion for acting. Who knows if people view it as different from my music? They could think it’s not good; they can think it’s good; they can think it’s better than my music, worse than it. It’s hard to say if I would even know, or maybe even care. I have to do it and be it or I’ll die, I think.

I don't know why, this reminds me of The Fame Gaga.

despite the vagueness the fact that these words are hers and not little investigators makes me so :flutter:

This hardly constitutes as shade when it's the truth. ARTPOP was painful for her because she channeled all the pain of her injury, broken promises, and penultimate betrayal into the music and album.

Anyways this tells me she's been working on the album like crazy and Bobby has been playing coy :lolga:

LG: I have a little less of an instinct to be reckless with my music now because I’m reckless in other places. So now I’m thinking more about what it is I want to say and what I want to leave on Earth. It’s less an expression of all my pain. There will be some of my pain on the record for sure, but it will be more than that. My last album was riddled with a ton of pain. That whole record. It’s almost like you couldn’t even get to what it is. Now, the show gives me an outlet to put things somewhere, so when I get to the piano I’m in a deeper place already. I have something completely other to explore.

I am so here for this. The side of Gaga that's ethereal, maybe even spiritual? That would be interesting to listen to and embrace. Won't be surprised if her equivalent to Lennon's 'Imagine' would be on LG5.

Spoiler

And probably some bangers too so we'll get the full spectrum. :lolga: She's gunning for them GRAMMYs.

Don't see why people are thinking she's dissing ARTPOP. She's referring to all the pain that's ingrained in it.

And I also think that 'writing' is a common term which includes writing + producing music at the same time. :gaycat:

I did a love scene with Matt Bomer, and it’s not even scripted for us to **** at the end of the scene, but we just started ****ing. It was so crazy, but he’s my friend. We were laughing after it; we didn’t plan it. It was just the way that we said the lines to each other; it escalated to that place. We were just really open to it and I trust him. He knows I don’t give a ****, so it goes well. There’s a ton of freedom on the set.

You just started what? :neyde:

Also, she's clearly been recording as we have pictures of it.

I really think she's just trying to keep this as under wraps as possible.
