Gaga Monster 13,001
Kesha and Sony are going to court this January so Kesha can be free from Dr Luke and Sony. Her defense is her career is fading since she has been out of the spotlight for almost 3 years. Sony has just responded to Kesha saying she could be the next Adele and Justin Timberlake. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-3371571/Kesha-despite-hiatus-Adele-says-Sony-court-filing-label-tries-singer-voiding-contract.html GGD Presidential Elections

Didymus 34,380
Just to be clear: "Sony responded by filing court documents pointing out that 27-year-old Adele, Justin Timberlake, 34, and 41-year-old D'Angelo took long breaks and still enjoyed success after resuming their careers." That's what they mean.
darkchylde 14,857
Thsi is absurd, Kesha cannot handle something like this and we all know that even if she's dropped by Dr. Perv & Co, she'll never be banned from working with high-list producers. Also, that's clickbait.

"Sony Music Entertainment argued in court documents that Kesha despite a forced hiatus could still become the next Adele, according to a report on Tuesday by TMZ." If you open the TMZ link, this obvious clickbait shows up http://www.tmz.com/2015/12/22/kesha-sony-adele-contract/ Read the text. Sony simply said Kesha could make a comeback, just like Adele, JT and D'Angelo... TMZ just chose to make this exclusively about Adele and completely twisted Sony's words... But I'm only a man and I do what I can.

Pandacadabra 9,098
I read the title and thought "what?", then read the article. so its about coming back from a long break not vocally the next Adele. Got it.

JEREMY 213
Hope that thanks to the "intelligent" argument of Sony, Kesha will be free.

Jed 7,716
They don't mean that they are using it as a counter argument for why she should be able to wait in out in court.. It's a response to them saying Kesha's career was crippled by the waiting time between releases
Haroon 49,685
I agree that she could have a huge comeback after this time away. It just sucks that the time away is because of this horrible situation and I hope it ends as soon as possible for her
