Bbhmm would have suited her better tbh.

Wouldn't that contradict the message of ARTPOP though?

I'm not mad at Gaga not doing it but seriously the hate for one of the best Rihanna songs is irrational.

Wikipedia: "FourFiveSeconds" received rave reviews from music critics.
"FourFiveSeconds" received critical acclaim, with praise reserved for Rihanna's and West's new direction, their vocals, and the song's minimalistic production.

I swear GGD has the weirdest taste in music, why do people hate it? because it's not dance pop or EDM? The song showcases Rihanna's vocals and is one of the tracks speculators have been betting on that will receive Grammy nominations later, and I do agree it deserves a nomination if not an award. It's beautiful and thank God Rihanna chose to please the world instead of GGD because the world loves it.

It's not a terrible song; I love acoustic music.

But I think it's time for Rihanna to ditch her teenie-bopper days and write music that an almost 30 something should be writing about. I'm glad Paul McCartney only played guitar and hopefully isn't credited in writing the lyrics. The vocal, collab, and autotune hurts my ears and my eyes.

...she could have done Kanye and that other guy in one song.

"that other guy"? okay, he's only one of the worlds most famous artists

IKR? People just hate one it because it's not a song like Rude Boy or Only Girl despite being a Rihanna lead single.

This song is something different and I for one really like it.

Well it didn't start as one

I made it out of genuine love for the song, I think it's a great unusual bop and it would be an unique gem in Gaga's discography and a top 3 hit for her at least:laughga:

I had no idea so many people hated it and then 50% of the users would just act all offended because I don't care about that McCharty guy or whatever his name is. IDGAF ABOUT THE BEATLES or whatever stupid band he was a part of

Well, Gaga feels differently about the Beatles.

"Speaking about her love for the 60s legends, Gaga told The Daily Star: "I don't know if anyone knows this about me but when I wrote 'The Fame' I listened to The Beatles' 'Abbey Road' obsessively.

“I had it on repeat for probably about six months. It's so incredibly brilliant - an innate sense of joy - they really had that down. It's full of joy with a hat of tips to the melancholy."

She also claims that the band also help liberate women s-xually, adding: "Without The Beatles I don't think women would be taking their cardigans off in hallways.

"They were responsible for the birth of the s-xual revolution for women."
