The deluxe version of the star's new album comes with a packet of seeds that Perry has instructed fans to plant, but the seeds have been labelled 'a potential biohazard' in the country. According to Billboard, Perry didn't clear her plans with officials in Australia ahead of the release of Prism. The issue relates specifically to international copies of the album being shipped into the country, which could be seized by officials on arrival in Australia.
