socotra 3,261
Love them both, but definitely prefer Gaga over Katy any day of the week. I'm excited for Roar as much as I am for Applause. :3 I mean, they're to the 2000s what Britney and Christina were to the 1990s, what Madonna and Michael were to the 80s, etc. They're the ones that are pushing the industry forward, and then people like Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Beyonce, Kesha, etc. merely follow their lead, honestly. DMTT 160
It Takes Two makes me think of the song by Seduction they used in a lipsynch for Drag Race and Bad Photographs makes me think of Rihanna's song. I won't even address Double Rainbow since memes aren't cute i can see the BP --> rihanna comparison, i get that vibe (though i'm sure it'll SOUND nothing alike). i think this album will prove her maturity, but i'm also expecting 1-2 silly/dumb/cringe-inducing songs, and maybe 1-2 EDM (though i hope not). Innovative 17
She's so artsy and dark now wow Love them both, but definitely prefer Gaga over Katy any day of the week. Beyonce follows Katy Perry's lead. Ah ha. Ha... Ha ha..... Ha ..... Ah ha ha .....

Phlop 4,773
Wasn't her era so successful? Why is she so butthurt by it. It's not like she faced media scrutiny, people thinking it was cool to dislike her, radios not playing her music, being cut off early by her label due to a flopped single, and having to cancel her whole tour due to an injury.
