The first one would introduce the theme of the album (Gaga is a deity who created the prototype of a society. She a--lyzes the humans she created, and those who are sinners are killed. Then Gaga gathers their soul and tries to find a solution to erase all sins). Thematically im ok with the decay of the blonde popstar or a dark album, but i think it does need a theme, but it should maybe not dominate conversations about the album and let the music speak for itself. I love ARTPOP's theme, but not everyone understands it and it was a hard theme to make everything fit around just because of how everything was managed.
