Lady Gaga and designer Alexander Wang co-hosted an epic after party following Monday's Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute Gala. The burlesque bash, hosted at New York City's Diamond Horseshoe theater, attracted numerous celebrities including Madonna, Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Lawrence and Solange.
