If she is caring about this, she will perform much more, but she is interested in her artistic projects more. I think she believes that reaching a higher position on charts is just an accomplishment to her work. Her tour is selling really well, so don't worry about it. I still have a hard time believing the video will be a viral smash like the others... I mean she's touching herself under some sheets. Boring and the "masterbating" is hardly anything.
