I'm so concerned about Gaga album sell, I really hope that she will sell 500k at least! Maybe not as bad, but still, it would be advantageous to ARTPOP's sales if people could just stream it directly from iTunes rather than having to go the radio section or whatever to listen to it. It's not true is you're comparing male and female pop artists of the same generation. Gaga and Rihanna vs Bruno Rap and country tend to have album buyers more than itunes singles buyers, and rap is male-dominated. Boy bands sell albums because girls have a crazy crush on them, in a way female artist can't duplicate. Their sales peak quickly and decline, because nobody else much likes them.
