And about Ariana she needs to bring something more to the table, amazing vocals won't be enough. Britney did it with In The Zone and Blackout, Gaga did it with The Fame Monster and Born This Way, Rihanna did it with GGGB and Rated R (even that Rated R and Blackout weren't that successful, it was something different and in my opinion important to their careers), Madonna, MJ and many other artist who had success after their 3-4 album did it too Vocals were enough for Whitney Houston & Mariah. She was all about that "fresh" sound before, but she decided to play it (somewhat) safe and go with DJWS for the lead. Honestly, I'd rather hear a Zedd song first. I just hope it isn't overproduced (DJWS' specialty, apparently). She's lifeless though. No personality. No one is gonna care about her if she doesn't make a name for herself. Maybe she will with a VMA performance? but the only songs that DJWS produced by himself are Bloody Mary (so clear and simple yet amazing song) Electric Chapel (same) and Government Hooker (a little overproduced ..) these are the only songs that he made with Gaga .. the others are collabs between Gaga, Garibay and DJWS ... and Garibay was the exc. producer ... this time will be different cuz DJWS will probably be the exc. producer ... and If they choose DJWS song to be the lead then It's probably one of the best songs on the album so ...
