That said, it's probably more acceptable for these people to use the name than it is for British-heritage Australians. Like if I was referring to my (Greek) family, I'd describe them as "loud wogs" but if my friend was like "omg i ate garlic #woglife" I'd be like "stop please you're embarrassing yourself" I agree. While it's not as BAD... it's okay for African-Americans to call each other "niggas" but not okay for white people to use the term towards African-Americans... so it's probably not okay for someone to use WOG towards a Greek/Italian/etc who isn't of the same nationality.
