If she is invited, she'll likely come. The only reason she not will be because she have other stuffs to do. But she will send her something.

But I doubt she is invited. They are friendly to each other but  I don't they're that close personally.

Taylor would absolutely invite big names she only knows casually as a status thing 

 

If Gaga doesnt go im choosing to believe she was probably invited but just decided not to go
