So I reimagined the setlist for fun, I tried to be as realistic as possible but it has some fantasy to it as I tried to keep every Joanne song in the set list lol. ACT I 1. DIAMOND HEART 2. A-YO 3. POKER FACE 4. PERFECT ILLUSION 5. SINNER’S PRAYER ACT II 6. AURA 7. JOHN WAYNE 8. LOVEGAME 9. TEETH 10. DANCIN’ IN CIRCLES ACT III 11. BORN THIS WAY 12. COME TO MAMA 13. ANGEL DOWN 14. JOANNE ACT IV 15. YOU AND I 16. SPEECHLESS/BROWN EYES/HAIR 17. HEY GIRL/JUST ANOTHER DAY/GRIGIO GIRLS 18. ALWAYS REMEMBER US THIS WAY 19. GYPSY ACT V 20. PAPARAZZI 21. MILLION REASONS 22. BAD ROMANCE ENCORE 23. ACT II: -The "Pop/Dance act" -Inspired by og Act II and III. -Kept John Wayne and LoveGame. -Felt like Aura suited a cowboy/midwest/desert aesthetic. -John Wayne and LoveGame have a seamless transition just like Aura and Judas in Artrave. -Teeth has some Stuck On ****in' You elements. -This act has more heavy choreo. Next two acts will let Gaga rest her body more. ACT III: -The "Acoustic guitar act(kinda)" -Dive Bar inspired. -Inspired by og Act IV and V. -Born This Way is the only dance and heavy choreo song here. inspired by the 2017 Coachella performance. -Born This Way adds some elements from The Countryroad version of the song. -Come To Mama is more guitar-centered, Gaga doesn't play the piano yet. -Angel Down and Joanne performances remain the same. ACT IV: -The "Piano act" -Gaga plays the piano from Yoü and I to the first half of Gypsy. -Song 16 and Song 17 are surprise songs rotating between 3 different options for each date. -Always Remember Us This Way gets added for the 2018 dates and serves as a preview of ASIB. In this alternate timeline it's the lead single of the soundtrack instead of Shallow. -Gaga invites a fan on stage for Gypsy. -More electronic/dance arrangements for the rest of Gypsy. ACT V: -The "Orchestral act". -Live orchestra plays from Paparazzi to the intro of Bad Romance. -Paparazzi is heavily inspired by The Mayhem Ball version. -Million Reasons is inspired by The Royal Variety performance. -The orchestra performs a shortened orchestral rendition of The Edge Of Glory -Bad Romance has an extended intro, very similar to TCB version. -Gaga starts dancing again for Bad Romance. Ladle Ghoulash 32,599 Posted January 4 Share Posted January 4 (edited) Ngl I love this. The only edit I’d suggest is I think you can keep Alejandro by adding it as a mashup with DIC. But couldn’t agree more about the decision to add Aura and make PF a rock version (always felt it stuck out like a sore thumb the way it was on the tour). Also I think Perfect Illusion is a great outro for ACT I, so maybe SP works better after PF? Edit: Nvm just read the notes and can see her doing this but at the same time there's way more control about a movie soundtrack than her own albums so idk they probably wouldn't have let her preview anything but it's a good idea.
