are there still any tickets? most of the European shows are sold out

London has standing tickets left for night 2 for £104.
Manchester has restricted/side view tickets available for £137 (which is mental).

There are resale tickets at some dates. Likely see more pop up once the tour starts and they do the usual "we just opened new seats" stuff

This tour hype would've been much bigger if she hadn't released 143. She has the hits and legacy to get people to attend for nostalgia and I'm sure stans and casual listeners had been thristy for her shows. Based on her Superbowl and Vegas thing she has the budget so I don't think it's going to do any bad.

I mean, if she delivers them pre-recorded "live" vocals like she did many times before... and let's not forget live pitch correction during the parts she actually sings... yes, under these circumstances she might deliver some kind of acceptable vocals :ohwell: Not that she'd be the first to do so during a tour, yes looking at YOU Miss Swift :excuseu:

I saw an interview on IG with Katy saying that every album will be represented by a continent. Dont know what that means, does that mean for example Witness was very popular in Brazil so it would be South American themed??

Some KatyKat here needs to explain to me what she meant by that.

Inb4, the tour gets in trouble for appropriation.  :franminervini:

Can you imagine what shade would be thrown on the continent that would represent 143, her biggest flop? :deadbanana:

she will choose an album for each part of the world to play a deep cut with costume representing this album

I get it better now but I'm still wondering how this works. She's doing 5 continents (and sub-continents, splitting up North America and Latin America) but she has 6 albums and she's not going to Africa. And she's only doing one date in Asia as of now. And if it's about dressing in a specific way relative to a look from each album, I'd also like to know what iconic way of dressing Katy brought to the Smile era. Unless it's the clown look! And the only look people know from her current album is very raunchy! Bit of a stretch to expect most of her adult fans to dress up this way but it is a cute idea.

Imagine claiming tour of the year for Katy Perry the same year Beyonce & Gaga are touring

Swifties are saying that the Eras tour is the best tour of all time and that Taylor is a better performer than Madonna, Gaga, Beyoncé... Sometimes I wish I lived in a delusional bubble too :flutter:

Oh she is 100% not a better performer lol
That said - in the lexicon of Pop tours. There has never been a Stadium tour by a pop act like the Eras tour or Renaissance tour. 2023 was truly the first time the pop industry turned it on for a stadium show. First 2 girls who bothered to turn up with a stadium show rather than an arena show put in a bigger venue due to demand lol

Yes! the second Date at the O2 has availability. i was thinking floor standing but I'm hesitating as I didn't like a single song from the last 3 albums but i adore the big two

Listen to my debut pop single 'Want You Bad'! (link on Insta)
