southpaw773 2,795
I basically passed away when I heard the spell chanting when the “commercial” came on. I had a feeling that she was going to do a syllable thing at some part of the song, but I didn’t know to what extent exactly, but when I saw that part with her singing the chorus in the red outfit, it was like seeing a childhood friend that moved away when you were kids years later and we’re both grown now.

Cavadour 2,111
I put a spell on you, because you're mine You better stop the things you do, I ain't lyin' Someone with strong and wicked sense of manipulation is able to insert ideas in your mind the way it haunts you and makes you believe in things, or even hallucinate. Illusionists do that. Une femme fatale or un homme fatal can do that too... Falling in love might trig such powerful illusions... But magic and supernatural ? Well, I don't think so ! Oriane 20,066
If you really want to go with the Latin translation, "nana" means dwarf Morta is also a goddess (death would be mors, mortis) And "o" doesn't mean anything Honestly it's not that deep, she just threw in random words that sounded good together, added "Gaga" at the end because it's her thing, "nana" for the rhyme and "o" to fit the melody. It's not like associating love with death was a new idea. You popped my heart seams, all my bubble dreams

The supernatural is just our monkey brains creating imaginary answers to questions we don't know the answers to. People used to think a horse and carriage pulled the sun across the sky and boring a hole into your skull to let out demons would heal illness. A lot of that superstition still exists as religion (organized or otherwise) and the belief in "souls" or "spirits". We're bags of chemical reactions figuring out the universe and I actively HATE when someone says "we can't explain ___ so it must be magic/god " Song's still a bop TMBT 3.22.11 // TBTWB 1.17.13 // ArtRAVE 6.3.14 // C2CT 5.28.15 // TJWT 8.13.17 // Chromatica World Tour 9.8.22
Axl Jax 552
It's very real but it's magick which is different from magic like stage magic. We all cast spells everyday - words are spells (it's literally called spelling when you're learning to spell at school). A compliment can change someone's whole day and likewise if you say something hurtful to someone in the morning that can affect how they go about their day. I'm a Pagan and have studied everything from the kabbalah including the Tree of Life (to learn tarot) and astrology (I use planetary magick in my daily life, for example when Jupiter (expansion and luck) was transitting my 2nd house (money, assets etc) I'd buy a scratch card and usually win.. forget star signs and generic horoscopes, that's a cover for real astrology - your natal chart. Interestingly America is starting to go through its Pluto return, next year it will be full force transformation. Gaga has been using chaos magick since the beginning of her career. Its used in advertising too. There's too much complex stuff to comment here, also remember how she used to say "I've always been famous". That's a form of magick - to manifest something you have to think of it in present tense. So much more I could say but don't wanna make it too long, I might look into gagas chart for this year if anyone's interested? I'll make a thread. She's a gemini rising so Neptune is about to enter her 10th/11th house (depending which system used) so that's the planet of creativity and imagination in the houses of fame (public image), achievements, higher goals etc. Since its going from Pisces to Aries (the beginning of the zodiac it's gonna be full force. World events will get crazy at this time too (leading up to March 30) but that's another story.

I honestly believe quantum computing is going to prove a link between the two. How on earth is astrology so accurate (proper astrology not the generic star sign crap - look at the real astrologers who predicted 2020 before it happened (pam Gregory did in 2016 and the astrology podcast (I really recommend this channel) did in 2019. World Astrology Report is a pretty good channel too but he predicted the election wrong this time. With astrology it's difficult to pin point exact events but the themes repeat, just like how we are now in pluto in Aquarius, go back each time - late 1700s was the last time and we had the industrial revolution where everyone was worried their jobs would be taken and alao the French Revolution. This time around it's manifesting as the AI revolution, and the rise of the far right, rebellion against corrupt govs (already happening in South Korea) and we are only just getting started too as it will stay until 2044. The common theme is rebellion against corruption, and sudden tech advancement. Also, Uranus in Aries gave us selfie culture and smartphones, (2010-2017) then in Taurus crypto.became popular and the cost of living crisis, now it will enter Gemini in July and last time that happened we got Radar, colour TV, amongst many other things (uranus - huge changes and the planet of technology) in Gemini the sign of quick thinking and communication, it will be interesting to see how it unfolds in this AI era. TLDR; I believe quantum computing and AI will prove spiritual things, possibly its related to quantum entanglement and/or quantum teleporation.

It is much more likely that people are making assumptions based on historical trends, modern happenings, and common sense inferences about what could happen than the "alignment of the Earth and planets within certain constellations gives people the magical ability to see the future". Tl;dr! Covid was predictable. The election only had two outcomes and your dude was even wrong on that one technology has been improving since the stone age and the improvements have only gotten quicker as time goes on. Aka the pineal gland, which is directly responsible for DMT production in the brain, as well as other things. It also affects one’s intuitions and creates a more docile mind as compared to one without fluoride. It’s also said to be the source of humans innate “six sense” abilities.
