Cruel Summer is the textbook definition of a song that should've been a single but was kept from it. The way it's performed since release on streaming shows just how much of a highlight from the album it is and the fact that it didn't get the single treatment but a song like ME! did will forever blow my mind. 

Getaway Car was a good single choice, but tbh the Reputation single that got away is I Did Something Bad, not Getaway Car.

TIHWD was cringy and same ole Katy Perry. In fact when I heard it I thought it was annoying. WOA felt fresh and more artistic. LL would have FLOPPED! Its catchy but I cant imagine straight people singing or bopping to that.

It really astounds me when thoroughly mainstream albums don't reach their full potential because their campaign gets stopped prematurely. Sometimes, the artist is putting out back-to-back hits in their era, so why do they stop? I get overexposure but just take a break between albums, don't cut an era that's going swimmingly! Some of these tracks are features with some of the hottest names around at the time, why would you put them on the album but not make them singles? That's the whole point of paying for a big name to feature! It's like buying a Ferrari and then keeping it in the garage!
