I read somewhere that this movie is going to be Harleen’s character study like the first one was Arthur’s. So that should give her way more screen time I guess.

Of course she'll have a lot of screen time she's main female character. But it's still Joaquin's character movie, so yeah he'll also need his own screentime and other characters will also have a development of course.

This is common sense though. She can't be in every shot and isn't the only lead actor lol. That doesn't mean she won't be busy behind the scenes rehearsing and stuff. Though she might have an equally as big of a role as Phoenix if the rumors are true.

Idk, I kinda feel like this movie's going to be a two-hander. The title itself is an indication of that. I also think it'd be interesting if the movie were almost told from Harley's perspective considering so much of Joker's character development was done in the first movie. I think much of Joker's own character development will come from his relationship/interactions with Harley.
