Promo picture without scar, but still has her same freckles on her arm. Stomach looks the same, make-up is exact, tattoo placement is exact, arms look the same. Like, for example, the shots of just Gaga in the *** Wagon could be filmed at a different time to the shots of just Beyonce in the wagon, so a body double would be someone who just sat in Beyonce's place whilst they filmed close-ups of Gaga.
