Dennis 8,391
BAFTA Nominations will be announced in approximately 6 hours. Here Lady Gaga has around a 40% chance of a nomination, because of how the jury works. Only top 2 in the popular vote are nominated. The rest are nominated by a jury and they usually go for indie names (for example last year they snubbed Carey Mulligan, Viola Davis and Andra Day). So if Gaga somehow makes it here, which is unlikely, what it tells us is that she's top 2 and highly competitive for the Oscar win. But Gucci is likely to make a few other categories. RAMROD 109,386
Humm, England usually loves Gaga. She was nommed and won 2019 BAFTA. So hopefully that will be repeating this year, especially since her acting on this one have improved alot. Wet Fire 7,448
Regardless of the BAFTA nomination, Gaga is an almost guaranteed Oscar nominee. Kristen Stewart might be snubbed by BAFTA if the royals are critical of her portrayal.

LilyLark 10,098
I hope she is nominated, but I'm doubtful (and no, I'm not being a hater). The revamped the rules last year in order to encourage more diversity/women/foreign language films and then apparently revamped them again. From what I understand, it now heavily favors British actresses or actresses in "British films" (and I know Gucci made the long list for British film, but idk if people are really going to consider it that way). The ironic thing is they kind of flopped at trying to be more diverse in that the lists are very white and almost no non-English language films and performances. They definitely have a problem, too..BAFTA has NEVER nominated Denzel despite the fact that he has earned 8 Oscar nominations and 1 or 2 wins (I can't remember the exact amount of wins). But whatever they did failed...probably should have tried to model themselves after the Academy more which invited a bunch of non American/UK/Aus members to join and more young POC. What I hope the line up is...Gaga/Stewart/Thompson/Hudson/Colman/Renate What I suspect the line up will be....Jones/Rushbrook/Scanlen/Colman/Kidman/Renate or Tessa What I think "might" be the line up....Scanlen/Colman/Renate/Tessa/Kidman/Gaga

I feel like with the new rules, her chances are probably more like 20% (tho I think she has an 80-90% chance at the Oscars).
Dennis 8,391
Shame that Gaga snubbed BAFTA in 2019 to go attend the Scammys and they didn't give her SOTY anyway. Ugh.. with the new rules, she may find it very hard to be nominated
Wet Fire 7,448
No one is a safe pick here, not even Olivia Colman who was snubbed by them for The Father in supporting actress. Expect 2 nominees from the popular Oscar race and 4 others whom you probably haven't heard of.
