There's nothing much to forgive since Older people tend to be shady as they get older. Most of them probably only know her most from that embarassing Brit awards video where she falls off stairs, because it was memefied on tiktok as funny video, than her actual music. Something happened to her at that point in her career... the quality of her music took a nosedive and her personality shifted completely. She's a shell of who she used to be and I find it super depressing. She was also 100% in the wrong with how she treated Gaga, and I believe that is what set the stage for her lack of popularity with gen z. Talk about a miscalculation - Madge really thought Gagz would be over within a couple years and now she's eclipsed her. And all the other legends that embraced Gaga and the new wave of pop music are more relevant than ever with the younger crowd... look at Cher, Elton, Kylie... hell even Dolly Parton still trends on TikTok and all Madonna can get going viral is that video of her falling on stage Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
