You sound like an old person. Just waiting for you to say: " THIS PUNKS NOWADAYS AND THEIR NOISY MUSIC!:grr:"

And you sound like an annoying kid. I'm actually very open to new music but it has to sound good. For example, Grimes makes really experimental and alternative music but it's actually good.

I'm the kid? It wasnt me who came to a thread talking about a subject just to bash others people works. I'm not a listener of hyperpop as well, but i dont feel entitled to diminish their music just because is not he regular or doesnt follow the standards we are used to

You’re not obligated to like anything, this is just typical monsters trying to gaslight others. Same happened when Chromatica was released and quite a lot of people disliked it and they were like “y’all were begging for dance pop and once she released dance pop y’all don’t like it”. And ma’am “experimental” or “dance pop” are broad terms, we don’t have to enjoy this particular type of dance pop.

As a hardcore fan of both Hyperpop and Experimental electronic, I have to say Hyperpop is more experimental than people give it credit for, it’s meant to bridge mainstream “pop” with more underground hardcore electronic production and last time I checked experimental means something new or radical. Also people need to remember that hyperpop is a pretty boundless genre and it’s still in its early stages. That being said Hyperpop is definitely not Bjork,Arca,Aphex twin,Eartheater, Grimes and probably not even SOPHIE really. Going into the remix album for HyperHaters just keep an open mind and   Hyperpop/Experimental is definitely not for everyone so if u don’t like ur that’s fine but be respectful to the people that do

i disagree, i actually think some hyperpop and other artists within the circle are less experimental than they are credited for in this kind of pop forums, they often rely on the same soundscapes, production tools and general glitchy, unsincopated and broken style, i actually find some gaga songs way more interesting and experimental in her way of merging a lot of far reaching genres, styles of singing, and soundscapes in her songs and making a new catchy pop thing out of it.

Some of the experimental songs i've been obssesed with lately, very different from each other:

Flamboyant is pop perfection and, honestly, I can hear Gaga on a track like that.
