She's still growing as an actress, she did poorly in AHS but has improved a lot since then.

This is an opinion more targeted toward the fanbase, but here it is:

I think she's a FANTASTIC singer, but many fans overrate her vocals. When comparing her to other singers, they put way too much emphasis on "versatility","classical training", and her "theater background." It implies you have to have a certain training, or cover multiple genres to simply be a good singer. A good singer will be a good singer despite what they sing. There are so many (older) iconic powerhouse vocalists who got famous without formal training AND only sing within a few familiar genres. 

I used to grind my teeth at the comments comparing her to (or placing her above) Whitney Houston as a vocalist when ASIB came out. like pls, just no.

Chromatica's had two hit singles, three music videos, numerous interviews and appearances, the little skits with Ariana, the VMA's performance, and a whole ass Oreo flavor  and that's not even everything, just the stuff that's off the top of my head. And you know for a FACT that her schedule was packed with promo plans that were only scrapped because of covid. Not because she "doesn't care".

Y'all really need to drop this stupid narrative. If she did hate us, it'd be because stans say crap like that
