RAMROD 109,490
Is it tho? The last I checked, The Fame was the least favourite of Gaga albums these days. That era brought a whole theatrical flair and over the top style to pop in a way that made all sorts of artists follow its lead by allowing themselves to get weird with their image. Also totally anecdotal here, but its the only time I can think of where even my 50 year old parents were eagerly awaiting a pop artist's singles and videos because the shock value attached to her during that era had all sorts of people in the gp wondering what she'd do next I completely agree. What I witnessed with Gaga, regardless of who they were, age, background, religion, any of it, my friends and family, even strangers would comment because I wore a lot of Gaga merch, about how she isn’t a typical pop star. They were always watching, always interested. My metal loving friends to my country family members, listened to her music.
