ARTPOP ACT II release

So I’ve recently been speculating about ARTPOP ACT II and I’m just wondering how and when was it originally supposed to be released?

I remember Gaga often teasing ACT II throughout the era and especially around the G.U.Y era during the interviews. I think from what I remember it was supposed to be released somewhere around the beginning of the artRAVE but I’m not sure. And was there ever even an announcement of not only the album being released but also them not releasing it later? I feel like there wasn’t much closure surrounding ACT II and it’s probably part of the reason the fanbase still speculated about it and all.

What do you think? And also, if they release ACT II soon, how do you think it will go? Simply releasing it or will there be some promo surrounding it? I’m curious about your opinions!

I honestly don't see it doing too well but I'd be here for it regardless if it came out. Like I see long time fans loving it but considering alot of people still hate ARTPOP I don't see it doing extremely well. Maybe if she dropped some collabs in the mix it could do well but other than that I think people would overlook it..but I'd be here for it regardless...also with how the petition and hype slowed down I don't know if Gaga will still be on board to release it..one things for sure if she does release it she better stay off this site..I remember when ARTPOP came out she talked about how the hate on here got to her so even if we don't like it..let's be nice to her this time also I'm new hello fellow bottoms

if I remember correctly I could've sworn I read something along the lines of her releasing ACT II before artRAVE because she would be performing songs from both acts during the tour

Yes that was it I remember now! Such a shame it didn’t happen. I remember how Cake Like Lady Gaga was in the setlist for the first tour and PARTYNAUSEOUS was also on the setlist. And she sung Brooklyn Nights at one date.

yes i remember that too, she was reading a fan letter and they asked her to sing Brooklyn Nights and she did, i think it's on youtube if you look it up

She said she wanted to release Act 2 soon so she could perform both of them at the ARTPOP Tour and since it started in May my guess is that around that time. So 6 months from November to May would've been a good gap between both acts. GUY was released at the end of March and everything was a mess by then so no wonder they cancelled everything.

I remember assuming the countdown on the ARTPOP app was counting towards ACT II

i think the original plan was to release it through the app. 

also she wanted to do more song puzzles, that’s how she released “stache”.

dwyw feat xtina was released on streaming 

brooklyn nights, i wanna be with you, red flame and partynauseous leaked from time to time. 

i think they might put out more songs on streaming services like britney added songs to glory. but i don’t think theee will be a physical release.

Well Brooklyn Nights was on one of the original sets for the show as the last song/encore. It was later replaced on the final set with Gypsy. Here is the link from Gaga Media Archives.
