Not only did my dumbass not realize that there were several rounds of approving the electoral college votes after the Nov. election, I also did not know about runoff elections as much. Nor did I understand how much votes rolling in geographically changes the trajectory of what is being presented in present time (e.g., ATL suburb votes could make the Dems pull through in GA tonight although Rep. look in the lead). caulixtla 2,170 Posted January 6, 2021 Share Posted January 6, 2021 As an aside, my favorite musician (one of his songs is below my picture) lives in Georgia and is a very kind southern gentleman who is extremely spiritually mature (I had the great honor of meeting him when I lived in Georgia). That’s why my icon is a peach — and (knock on wood) I am really proud of how Georgia is looking tonight so far. The only thing I regret about my time living in Georgia is the fact I didn’t buy a bunch of Bitcoin back when you could buy them for $1 each. It would take a very depressed turnout around Atlanta for McConnell to keep control of the senate at this point.
